My name is Matt and this Insanity Workout review is based upon my own use of the work out and I am writing my review because I am tired of reviews the spammy type reviews that tend to fill up the web and make it hard to get an honest review or opinion of a product or service.
So, like you I have seen (and seen and seen) the Insanity infomercials while sitting up late eating chips and checking out what is on. And like you, I had been wanting to workout, but who wants to go to the gym after work. So, the idea of having a program to guide me while working at home sounded good and peaked my curiosity. So, I went online looking for more information because I wanted to make sure what I would be getting before spending my money. I was interested in what the workout entailed and how long I would be working out every night, etc. So, I found this site and read more about the insanity workout schedule and decided I would give it a try.
So, the question everyone wants to know is “does Insanity work”? Yes. If you put in the time, do the work, eat clean and stick it out for the complete 60 days, then you will lose weight and get in shape. In fact, I was quite impressed with the results.
Now, I want you to understand that Insanity is not easy and you will sweat and your lungs will burn and your heart rate will go up and you will get one heck of a workout. So, my recommendation is to go to the doctor and get a physical just to make sure that you are able to do this. You especially want to do this if you are significantly over weight or have knee problems, etc.
